Terms of Service

§ 1 Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and services of letsg.ro, operated by Traffic netWorks, Speditionstraße 8, 40221 Düsseldorf, Germany (hereinafter "Provider"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

§ 2 Description of Service

letsg.ro offers a web-based 3D-animated training app for pelvic floor exercises. The application provides training programs, individual exercises and 3D tutorials for independent use.

The website and its informational content are freely accessible. Starting and saving training sessions requires a paid subscription or a running free trial under § 3.

§ 3 Plans, Free Trial, Formation of Contract and Payment

1. Plans. The subscription is available in two terms: one month for €4.99 and twelve months for €49.99. All prices are in euro and include statutory VAT. Both plans contain the same features; there are no in-app purchases.
2. Free trial. New customers may try the full feature set once, free of charge, for seven days. The trial requires no payment details, does not create a subscription, and ends automatically after seven days without any charge and without any need to cancel. No payment obligation arises.
3. One trial per person. The free trial is available once per person. To detect repeated use through newly created accounts, the Provider checks technical and personal characteristics in hashed form when a trial is started. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy, section "Abuse detection for the free trial". If a trial was refused in error, an informal message to support@letsg.ro is enough; the decision is then reviewed by a person.
4. Formation of contract. The presentation of the plans on the pricing page is not a binding offer but an invitation to make one. By completing checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the Provider confirms payment and unlocks access; you receive confirmation by e-mail.
5. Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. The payment methods shown during checkout are available. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never reaches the Provider's servers. The amount is due in advance at the start of each term.
6. Failed payment. If a charge fails, Stripe retries it. Access remains in place until the end of the term already paid for. If payment has not succeeded by then, access to training is suspended until a valid payment method is on file.

§ 4 Term, Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

1. Term. The contract begins upon formation under § 3 no. 4 and runs for one month or twelve months, depending on the plan chosen.
2. Automatic renewal. At the end of the term the contract renews automatically for an indefinite period unless cancelled beforehand. After renewal it can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice (§ 309 no. 9 German Civil Code). Billing during the renewal continues in the rhythm of the term originally chosen.
3. Cancellation. Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It is done using the "Cancel contracts here" button in your profile, which leads to cancellation without further intermediate steps (§ 312k German Civil Code). Alternatively an informal statement in text form to support@letsg.ro is sufficient. You receive confirmation in text form of receipt and of the date the cancellation takes effect.
4. Effect of cancellation. Full access remains until the end of the term paid for. After that, training is suspended. Your account and training history are retained and become usable again if you reactivate; you may request complete deletion of the account at any time under § 7 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Price changes. The Provider notifies price changes for existing contracts in text form at least six weeks before they take effect. If you do not object before they take effect, the change is deemed accepted; the notice will point this out separately. If you object, the contract ends when the change would have taken effect.
6. Termination for cause. The right of either party to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Withdrawal notice

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early start of the service

So that you can train immediately, the service begins at your express request before the withdrawal period expires. You confirm this request during checkout via the checkbox provided there. Your right of withdrawal is not affected by this; for the period used up to withdrawal, proportionate compensation is payable as set out above.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The subscription offered here is a continuously provided service; the right of withdrawal therefore does not expire early, and the proportionate compensation rule above applies instead.

Online dispute resolution

The Provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 6 Usage Requirements

• Use of the app is permitted for users aged 16 and over.
• You need a modern web browser with an internet connection.
• Training requires a user account. The freely accessible content of the website can be read without registering.

§ 7 Medical Disclaimer

The exercises and content provided on letsg.ro are intended exclusively for general fitness purposes and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. They do not replace consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist, or other medical professional.

Before starting a training program, you should consult a doctor if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery. Use of the training exercises is at your own risk.

§ 8 Availability

The Provider strives for high website availability but makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, technical faults, or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. There is no entitlement to availability.

§ 9 Intellectual Property

All content on letsg.ro (texts, graphics, animations, code, logos) is the property of Traffic netWorks and is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or public display without express written permission is prohibited.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

• Damages arising from improper use of the training exercises
• Data loss due to technical faults
• Damages caused by third parties or external links
• Indirect damages or loss of profit

Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected.

§ 11 Amendments to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the website. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

§ 12 Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence remain unaffected for consumers within the EU.

§ 13 Third-Party Login (Google Sign-In)

letsg.ro offers the option to register and log in using third-party login services — currently "Sign in with Google" provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; for users outside the EEA: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

1. Additional third-party terms: When using Google Sign-In, the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy additionally apply. These are concluded directly between you and Google; the Provider is not a party to them and has no influence over them.
2. Responsibility for your Google account: You are solely responsible for managing your Google account securely (strong password, two-factor authentication, recovery options). Loss, suspension, or compromise of your Google account may also affect access to your letsg.ro account.
3. Availability: The Provider has no control over the availability or functionality of Google Sign-In. If Google discontinues, modifies, or temporarily interrupts the service, login via Google may not be possible at times. You can fall back to email/password login or contact the Provider at support@letsg.ro.
4. Account linking and unlinking: When you first sign in with Google, the Provider links your Google account ID ("sub" claim) to your letsg.ro account. You can revoke this link at any time in your profile or revoke third-party access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After unlinking, you can continue to sign in with your email address and a password you set.
5. Data collected: Which data is transmitted from Google to the Provider and from the Provider to Google (Google account ID, email address, first/last name, profile picture URL, language preference, email verification status) is described in the Privacy Policy, section "Google Sign-In."
6. Limited Use: The Provider uses information received from Google APIs exclusively to provide the letsg.ro login and training app, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use). No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
7. No liability for third-party services: The Provider is not liable for damages caused by outages, security incidents, data loss, or changes by Google, to the extent permitted by law. The limitations of liability in § 10 apply accordingly.
8. Termination of third-party feature: The Provider reserves the right to discontinue Google Sign-In at any time without separate notice, or to replace it with other third-party login services. Existing accounts remain accessible via email/password.
