โ˜ฏ๏ธ Sexual Qigong ยท Men

Three gates, one system.

Taoist 8-week protocol for ejaculation control and erection strength.

Learn to master the anal, PC and testicle-lift muscles individually โ€” then combine them as an elevator, layer breath holds on top and finally build up to Deer Exercise, Big Draw and the Microcosmic Orbit. Clinically supported pelvic-floor progression in the classical Taoist form after Mantak Chia.

The seven exercises

1. Anal Gate
The beginner-friendly muscle. Deep anal contraction squeezes the prostate โ€” the foundation for ejaculation control.
Back Gate
2. PC Gate
Perineum muscle โ€” the one you feel when stopping the urine flow. The single most important muscle for blocking ejaculation.
Middle Gate
3. Testicle Lift
„Pull the testicles up“ โ€” visible in a mirror. Direct visual feedback makes this muscle quick to learn.
Front Gate
4. Three-Gate Elevator
All three in sequence like an elevator โ€” back, middle, front. Trains integrated control.
Sequence
5. Deer Exercise
1 minute of full activation with periodic breath holds. Classic Taoist practice.
Hold ยท 1 min
6. Big Draw
2 minutes of maximum contraction โ€” the advanced technique for energy retention.
Hold ยท 2 min
7. Microcosmic Orbit
Breath circulation along governor and conception vessels โ€” with PC kegel at the bottom of the loop.
Circulation
Safety: Intense breath holds only for people with a healthy cardiovascular system. If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma or are fresh post prostate surgery, check with your doctor first. Start with short retentions (5 s) and build slowly. If you have a medically documented reason for pelvic-floor physiotherapy (e.g. post-prostatectomy), start there.
