🛠 Training device
Terry, webbing, clamp, sand.
Five parts: a soft terry cuff against the skin, the webbing band over it, the self-locking clamp, a carabiner and the sand weight. The clamp already brings 350 g of its own — you add load with the sand bags. Rotate the 3D view and switch to the exploded view to see how it goes together.

1Terry cuff
A short, soft terry sleeve — the only layer that touches the skin. The thick pile cushions and spreads the pull so the webbing never cuts in anywhere.

2Webbing with sewn eye
One single soft webbing band that hangs free. Its upper end is folded back and bar-tacked — the band runs through that eye, which forms a loop at the top that you lay around the cuff and adjust freely for width. The part hanging below is threaded through the self-locking clamp.

3Self-locking clamp — 350 g
It threads onto the webbing and slides freely along it — that is how you set the position. Pull from the weight turns the cam against the band: the heavier the load, the tighter the grip. Without load it slides again. The clamp’s own 350 g is already the base load.

4Carabiner
A real climbing carabiner in forged, anodised aluminium alloy — light, but rated far beyond any load that occurs here. It sits in the eye of the clamp and clips onto a handle of the sand bag. One motion to clip in, one to release — no tools.

5Sand weights
Fabric bags with sewn-on webbing handles — the carabiner clips onto one of them. Deliberately sand rather than metal: a bag that swings into your body simply does not hurt. Several bags let you step the load up in small increments.

Fitting it in four steps
Step 1
Pull on the cuff
Pull the terry sleeve over the shaft while semi-erect — just below the glans. It sits softly and protects the skin.
Step 2
Band + clamp
Lay the upper loop of the webbing over the cuff and pull it to width — two fingers must fit between band and skin. The band then hangs free below with the clamp on it. Give it a short pull: it has to grip immediately.
Step 3
Clamp only at first
The clamp alone already weighs 350 g. Run the first sessions with no added weight, 10 minutes maximum.
Step 4
Add sand weight
Only once 20 minutes with the 350 g are completely symptom-free: clip one sand bag to the clamp eye with the carabiner. Never more than one step per week.
Safety — not negotiable:
• Two fingers must always fit between band and skin. Any tighter is too tight.
• Take it off immediately on numbness, tingling, cold, pallor or bluish discolouration. Those are circulation signs, not training stimuli.
• Never longer than 20 minutes at a time, never while asleep, never fit it at full erection.
• Increase weight in small steps only — the stimulus comes from time under load, not from mass.
• With Peyronie’s, after penile or prostate surgery, on blood thinners or with any sensory disturbance, get urological clearance first.

Where the device is used
Two programs work with the cuff — both unlock only after 8 weeks of regular pelvic floor training.
